Make roasted tomato sauce for the freezer with the ripest of these, just bung them in the oven with a couple of cloves of garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and some salt and pepper, when done sieve to remove pips and skins (I have a mouli legumes which makes short work of this
)
Hi Dawn
I make a tomato soup exactly the same, but add in some extra passata and onions, plus stock. Its really good!

Have been out and inspected sheep DS has purchased today. Fine looking bunch of girls. Lets hope they are all obliging in the spring!
Finally stopped raining, so changed goose water so they can bath and enjoy the late afternoon sun. BH weather here has been grim. I feel so sorry for the children, no doubt weather will be lovely once they are all back in school. Such a shame.
Leftovers for supper. Need to get on it about now.

Ha! Socks finished & packed away in the present box. Filled my knitting basket with the yarn, needles, etc, for casting on next project, which is a fair isle pattern jumper for my Dad, for Christmas. Also put together yarn from stash, needles & pattern to knit a hat (another present) as I can knit that while we're on our camping trip. That got me thinking about other camping stuff & I went round the house collecting up nice unread magazines to take with me. That'll stop me buying any (all these were given to me).
Put together a big pile of stuff for charity shop.
Made loaf of bread in BM.
Only just stopped raining for the first time today.

Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!0 -
Hello again from across the Pond!

I am back with a fierce determination to get my debts paid off as soon as possible.
We are taking the children to a hotel for swimming this evening (we are in the midst of a terrible heatwave here!) but before we go, we will eat dinner at home and take a few snacks so as not to be tempted by restaurant dinner tonight.
i am working on the meal plan for the week and a shopping list for wednesday (when the little darlings FINALLY go back to school!!).0 -

My understanding is that YNAB is an Adobe AIR application so YNAB is supported everywhere AIR is supported. AIR is no longer supported on Linux so YNAB isn't officially supported on Ubuntu.
However, you could see if there is now a workaround by Submitting A Help Request here. (Link).
Thanks Ally I'll talk to OH and see what he says (he is the technical bod in this house), we have many old cast off computers squirreled about the house (none of which we have paid for as they were being thrown away by OH work over the years) one of which he may decide to start using but for limited applications on a more main stream operating system.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Personally I like the free Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca. Anything that isn't compatible with it I just don't use.

Yes, I can see how it would work as soup
I tend to use it with filled pasta (when on offer) and a grating of parmesan. Makes a very easy meal, and it is lovely to have it in the winter - it is like liquid sunshine
