What? no condiments !

How do you politely get over the problem of eating regularly at somebody's house when they never put any condiments on the table? One of the married partners has blood pressure problems so understandably they never ever put any salt in their food but the meals are so dull without any seasoning I find them really difficult…

i would only be offended mildly - if they seasoned before tasting..i have to bite my tongue from saying " can you at least taste it first???" . I season my food and spice it well but my brother will salt anything before tasting . Each to their own!!! i would prefer people to ask for a condiment they wanted, we have most here.

A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:
