the local station competitions are often limited to the FM broadcasting area of the station but they and Talksport all have the following restriction

Officers, employees and agents of the Promoter and any party associated or directly connected to or with the specific Competition (including sponsors) and their families, officers, employees and agents (as applicable) and anyone who has won a prize on any radio station or website operated by the Promoter within the last 12 months are not eligible to enter any Competition.

Celador Radio has the right to refuse qualification of entry to any competition, if the person/entrant has already won a competition on any Celador Radio station within the previous three months. A person may not win more than one prize valued at £50 or more within a three month period following the first win. A person/entrant may not win more than one prize valued at £500 or more within a six month period following the first win, nor shall any member of such person’s family residing at the same address (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents etc.). Celador Radio Limited reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered

Limits often apply to anyone in the same household/address

I wonder how many who have won a large prize from Bauer Media have gone on to win anything again after the six months is up?
They also run certain media competitions that are not part of their own magazines, so if you have won in the past with Bauer it seems you need to check who is rurning them. In addition to the Radio/Magazines they own, Bauer media also have their own competition website called "win something" (sorry cannot post link) where there are approx. 23 pages of just competitions with about seven comps on each page, some are really great prizes. Each time you go to click on a competition, it tells you what the value of each one is, so it is quite clear. It shows how careful with entries run by Bauer Media one needs to be.

Has this ever been enforced? Do they refuse to send a win or just redraw with out telling you actually won?
I know I won on the click to wins several times in a few months , all low value (less than £100 each), and I received all ok.

"winsomething" is just one of the 100+ click to win sites they have in this country and as mentioned in post #4 the FAQs on some of the Click to wins state no limit

There is no limit to the amount of contests you can win

but the T&C's on Bauer Media (which would take precedence over the FAQs) do.
