    I'm a regular on here, and I searched and found the PERFECT TENANCY AGREEMENT THAT'S PRECISELY 2 PAGES LONG, AND THE WORLD HASN'T EN

    You do realise that basically saying that it's regular posters' jobs to do your research work for them is incredibly obnoxious and entitled?

    In fact here's a really simple one.

    'Cheers' agrees to let to 'x' the property 'y' for a period of 'z' in exchange for £_00 per month. Date commencing:

    Cheers address for the purposes of serving notice is:

    That's as basic as it gets.

    You insist on having a 2 page tenancy agreement, but these agreements should be individual to you and your tenant.
