    Yes, I know, it makes life interesting! I still can't find a 2 page template anywhere online despite knowing for a fact one of London's top short term let agencies, Studios2let, use them

    Forgot to say, only a 2 page one as it is for just one month and the two parties already know and trust each other
    Then why not write your own 1 page agreement.

    * LL name
    * tenant name
    * property address
    * rent
    * tenancy start date
    * 1 month term
    * signatures

    There you go!

    You do realise if the tenant changes their mind you can't evict for 6 months whatever the contract says.....?

    Does it have to be A4 paper?
    Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
    On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
    And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

    I could, I just want one of the 2 page templates, especially now I am intrigued why neither I nor any of the repliers on this housing, renting board can find one online, when they exist

    We're not looking for a 2 page tenancy agreement though.

    It's ludicrous. What do you think it will say that you cant write yourself from the handy list G_M posted?

    You do know that you won't be able to use s21 to evict before 6 months from the start?? Yes, even if only 1 month.

    And renting to people you know is so, so, so often a recipe for disaster....

    Read any books on or done any courses on being a landlord?? Even for just 1 month landlord is handing over an asset of, probably, more than £100k....

    I will be happy to chit chat about what I know, as soon as one of the regulars on here actually SEARCHES FOR A 2 PAGE TENANCY AGREEMENT AND REALISES THE WORLD WILL NOT END

    I am regular.
    But I have better things to do, and more urgent queries to reply to, than SPEND MY TIME SEARCHING FOR A TENANCY AGREEMENT THAT IS POINTLESS.

    You are obsesed with this 2 page document, perhaps because you've seen one once - so go search for it yourself; or perhaps because you think "One page can't be enough to protect me; 3 pages would tire my eyes." - :rotfl:
