I work two days a week, should be two nights eventually, and get 15 days holiday. No extra for working nights or bank holidays and holidays get allocated rather than requested.

In my last paid employment we got 30 days plus bank/public holidays plus time between Xmas and New Year so up to 42 days. Seemed quite a lot especially as years ago most places I worked in had ~ 20 days

If you work 5 days a week (full time) I'm pretty sure this is illegal? Or do you work less than 5 days, because the statutory minimum should be 28 days (or 5.6 weeks)

I work an average of 3.5 x 12 hr nights per week so 24 days I above the min entitlement.
