For those of you who have signed up to Q you will know that Module 2 on the course is 'Code of Ethics and professional Standards' Also my ID card came in an envelope post marked Leeds.

I'm still 'expressing an interest' in cases and have not been assigned one to date.

It is very true that anyone can come on here and say that they are ex-police, have completed the course and are getting work. It is also true that anyone can say that they did the course and are not getting any work so it must be a scam. People who only post once or twice are always to be suspected.

This is where critical thinking comes in. It seems to me that the majority of people who are not happy with QI are better posters than those who say QI is great. There is also common sense, and some facts and figures about the profession of private investigator. I do wish that the information on the other thread had been retained, as it was very useful.

The ex-police person who claimed that he and his colleagues were getting work from QI made only a few posts and has vanished from the members list. He said he had a contract of employment, which suggests PAYE, which is not what QI are offering.

Another poster, who claimed to be a retired detective, made a very good, convincing post that listed all his doubts after doing an investigation. He asked a lot of questions which did not receive satisfactory answers. He made the point that ex-job people have many more, and better, options that companies such as QI. He too made just a post or two and has gone.

did you pay them and they cheated you? please answer my simple question.
kilothree please give a proof of what you are saying. please send me your registration number. i will check it myself, as being a member of investigation team, i will inspect your case myself.

I think we need to stick together, find a way to air our situation publicly enough to encourage an investigation, while trying to find a method to recover our £785's,

No, I had never even heard of QI until someone started a thread about them.

I work from home so can take a break whenever I like and see if there are any interesting topics, anything I can help with on here. This is a money saving site, and I like to do what I can to help people avoid wasting money. I have contributed to MLM threads even though, and because, I have never been part of those schemes.

I think that all of us who believe we have been misled by Q Investigations, and received nothing approaching the 15 hours per week contracted to, who have seen the case list grow massively, coincidentally with the descriptions of the cases become entirely generic, have the right to express our views on this forum and maintain our anonymity.

if you are never cheated then do you think its right to propagate such things?
you are and you were an active member in this forum. you have been calling them scam while you yourself do not have a proof. if you call yourself genius or intelligent, you should consider only simple thing, unless and until you are cheated never call anyone scam. those who are earning good, why they should contribute to this thread? how they can find it? i came to know only i heard about this in management office.
those who were black sheep or those who are paid to disrepute the QI are using this forum, and sorry to say, people like you are contributing great. sincere are those who just give opinion while so far i have read your comments you are always partial.
