As you’ve found this forum you must be either thinking of doing the course, on the course or have finished the course and are beginning to sense that something isn’t quite right.

On their webpage Q Investigation Services state ‘You can expect between 15 and 50 hours work per week’ – they don’t guarantee it as some posters on the last thread thought..

Speak to established PI companies or any of the PI associations and see what they have to say about how much work is out there and the going rates of pay.

And bear in mind that there are many ex-police people around, and these would be the first choice for assignments.

A limited company set up in 2014 (So not Q Investigation Services).

To be a nationwide network of PIs.

And those wishing to become part of the network had to pay an upfront fee to do this company's own training course.

The company's annual return is overdue.

And on 21 July 2015 A Notice of Compulsory Strike-off appears in The Gazette.

There's a blog on YouTube by those let down.

And it's not Q Investigation Services.

The PI sector is not an easy nut to crack. There are 1,000s of PIs out there already.

The course is not recognised by the association of private investigators and there will be no work when you have finished the course. Send me a private message if you want any further information

Nearly 1000 views of this thread would suggest there's a few people out there who may be thinking something's not quite right about Q Investigation Services. I'll happily respond to PMs all day long if you don't want to post on the thread.

I am in same boat as yourself. I have been applying for jobs for over one month and yet to earn a penny.
I have made my feelings clear but a certain person (William) never gets back to me. It is starting to affect my home life.
I have paid £785 for as course (qualification) which I thought quite professional at the time, but since then not had a brass razzoo.I am ex-Police and very qualified/experienced.
My next move will be a trip to Histon I think. Let me know if you have any update. It seems at bit too elaborate to be a hoax to get £785

Hi guys, I believe that there is a certain trend here and that we should take appropriate action against these people. I believe that we all have been patient and hoped that we have not been scammed. time to wake up chaps and smell the coffee and be realistic.
