Blackburn - The best place to make a living

If you ignore many of the key aspects of choosing where to live and boil it down to cheap housing and being able to get a job to pay for that cheap hosing, then Blackburn is the place to be.

Blackburn is the best place in the UK to make a living, followed by Derby, Cambridge, Sunderland, and Milton Keynes.

I suspect Cambridge is a great place to make a living if you have a doctorate in Applied Cleverness. The others are all up north though so see you there0
