There's no such thing as a perfect world.
You, TrickyTree83, Clapton and co are just casting around for someone to blame, for your lot in life. The deep seated anger and resentment running through your collective posts can be cured by hard work, discipline and patience. This will give you perspective and teach you nothing is this life is free. Indeed, nothing worth having is.
Your responses routinely bear little correlation to the posts they purport to answer. Still, trying to follow a SJW's train of thought is always good for a laugh.
My lot in life is fine thanks- off ice skating tonight. Oh wait, what if this is "cultural appropriation" from Nordic nations, or highly offensive to countries that aren't hot enough for ice? Luckily I work in a university, so can ask the Student Union to debate this in my nearest designated Safe Space. They are an EYESORES!!!!0 -
Don't feel like thinking today?
Tbh I was thinking about this statement in a Tony Blair Article“There is progress, we are making progress, even in our own countries. If you think of the world your son is growing up in and the world my grandfather grew up in, if you think what he’s going to have and what my father had, I mean, come on! There’s a lot to celebrate. There is absolutely no reason to be pessimistic about the human condition.

That's a fine statement if you have £20 million plus (as this article says Blair has) - is it true for most regular folk though?0 -

Your focusing on what Tony Blair has and not on what he said. His grandfather grew up in an environment of rations, no NHS, where life expectancy was half what it is today.
If you think about it, we have it good. We have a roof over our heads, 3 meals or more a day. Access to medical care, housing, income support and a multitude of other things.
Yet people still complain.
You spoke about the left a few post ago, but we have a right wing government. A government that gave the people a referendum in which they voted to leave the EU. Britain will control it's borders and it's laws. Yet you still complain.
The truth is, even if you could get rid of every single immigrant since the 1960's (including second and third generation, for argument sake), it wouldn't change the fact our heavy industries are gone and we can't compete globally in things like manufacturing.
In short your prospects, as they stand today, wouldn't change.0 -

Well this convinced me, these people are clearly critical thinkers with logic based on evidence who know how to put their argument across.
I'm converted!

he point is that cultural diversity was indeed praised but FGM, forced marriages, honour killings were ignored. No-one is claiming they were 'defended' other than by total silence on the subject.
Wrong again. These issues have frequently been discussed on the training events I have attendedIf your 'working with people' is to accept their views then hostility is the better option. Over 90% of the muslim community would not say 'Je Suis Charlie' ; do you approve, confront the situation or simply ignore it ?
Where did I say that such practices/views are accepted? They are not.0 -

your training has been totally wasted on you as you are in total denial about the reality of Rotherham, Alyesbury Oxford, Channel 4 program etc etc.0 -

I am inclined to think that if your world view is based on your experience of 'training events' then it's not going to be quite in line with reality.0 -
