How's your healthy eating going?
The £1,000 emergency fund challenge #163 - £536.16/£10000 -
Umm ... it isn't

I've booked my kettlebells class for tomorrow as I need to get back in the habit of that as I really enjoyed it, but the eating part just isn't happening. I know what I need to do, I want to do it but it just isn't happening, for some reason my head just isn't in the right place and I don't know why. When I've done it successfully before I know its when my head is in the right place and it doesn't even really feel like an effort to stick to it, but at the moment I just have no motivation to stick at it

That sounds like one heck of a holiday. Going to London tomorrow by train for a couple of days. Have told DH that I want to go to Edinburgh by train for my birthday which is the end of November for a long weekend. Think the journey will be scenic. Enjoy your childfree couple of days.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000

Thank you both, Amber - I hope you enjoy your trip, I definitely want to go back to Scotland at some point. Tina - I have delivered about 50 leaflets tonight, I will do some other local shops this week too.
I've just checked where the months banking is at, so far it looks pretty healthy although we still have 3 weeks of holidays left, quite a chunk of uniform to buy and possibly other bits to come out of the account that I've forgotten I paid for while we were away.
I also saw that I have £55 going in tomorrow which is the dividend from my isa which was a lovely surprise as it is usually about £20. Off to update the signature

Morning all
The sun is shining, I've had my shower, hair straightened and now need to decide what to do with the day. I am going to go and get my aunt a birthday present and then see her, I will probably take the dog back to Mums later as I'm limited where I can go with him as I don't like leaving him in the flat and it's too hot for him in the car.
I checked the bank account this morning and nothing unexpected has come out today

I've started getting rid of the old car boor stuff, I have done two trips to the tip and got rid of various bits and pieces, I went to the school shop and got ds new jumper / p.e. top (£34). I also dropped a couple of bags of old clothes into the cash4clothes shop, I got £4.60 for them and am really happy with that - I've done a couple of car boots (50p per item) so have tried to shift them before, at least I didn't need to take them to the tip. I do have quite a lot more clothes / shoes in the garage so will bag them up and take them another time.
Postie brought me my water bill and letter from the mortgage company saying the SVR has dropped, I will check on the mortgage calculator what that means for me but I'm guessing not a lot as I dont pay much interest as it is.Mortgage Total: £49,992/ £75,000

Morning all, today I am going to my friends house and we are doing planning stuff for the winter fair. I may get the inside of the car cleaned on the way, and I really must sort out the air in the tyres too.Mortgage Total: £49,992/ £75,000
