No reply from Air Mad after two months so have now put in an application to the French DGAC. They say it will take them 4-6 months to deal with it! Must be a stressful place to work.

Just looking at a list of the EU banned airlines and this airline appears in list B, not banned completely but subject to stringent conditions. As far as I recall agents are supposed to draw your attention to the list, particularly if they are selling a flight on one of the airlines mentioned.......

Any idea where this is stated? Maybe I can sue ebookers.

    an interesting article here http://www.cntraveler.com/stories/2014-10-03/what-to-do-when-an-airline-changes-your-itinerary
it does state - "Flight schedules aren't guaranteed" It is unfortunate when you have a flight that is just into the new timetable (they change end March and end October usually) as slots can get agreed pretty late on and affect times

That's not interesting. It's related to the US, not the EU.

I see there's a European Small Claims Procedure which might be what I need. Has anyone had any experience of using that?

Maybe if you weren't quite so rude, people might help? Just a thought.

I don't think I was rude. I think before you post you should get some understanding of the topic you're posting on, and only reply with relevant comments. Otherwise you're wasting people's time.

Just phoned them up and they said it could take eight months. Grief.
