No reply from Air Mad after two months so have now put in an application to the French DGAC. They say it will take them 4-6 months to deal with it! Must be a stressful place to work.0

it does state - "Flight schedules aren't guaranteed" It is unfortunate when you have a flight that is just into the new timetable (they change end March and end October usually) as slots can get agreed pretty late on and affect times0 -

That's not interesting. It's related to the US, not the EU.
I see there's a European Small Claims Procedure which might be what I need. Has anyone had any experience of using that?0 -

I took Jet2 to court in UK. French CAA equivalent were uselessIf you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
