On my 3rd SIM card.0

If it happens everywhere there's only 3 things that could cause that.
Account related issues (something not provisioned correctly)
Ask them to a disconnect / reconnect to rule this out. You'll lose service for a few hours.
SIM card issue. Either try your SIM in another device or someone else's SIM in your handset.
Phone issue. Either with hardware or data settings / APNs
As above to check this. All your base are belong to us.0 -
H+ is still 3G, you haven't set the phone to WCDMA only to disable 4G have you?0

Have tried 3 different SIMs and in different phones.
My new phone has same problem as old phone.
I have WCDMA/GSM enabled (Without 4G).0 -
I wonder if something isn't provisioned correctly at o2's end because trying three different SIMs in three different phones is certainly 'odd'.
OP have you tried texting Settings to 2020? I've not been an o2 customer for a long time now so that (free) short code may be defunct BUT it used to work to obtain the correct APN for Internet and MMS.It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
It won't be an issue with the mast/s as it's happening everywhere.
It won't be an issue with the handset or SIM cards as they've been swapped.
That only leaves an account or service provisioning related issue.
Call them up and ask them to do a disconnect / reconnect as i mentioned previously.
It de provisions all the services then once reconnected a few hours later provisions them all again so if there was a problem with provisioning this is similar to a reset on the account. All your base are belong to us.0 -
I've gone through the disconnection process.0

Thanks for all the responses.
I've exhausted all of the suggestions above, even before venturing onto this forum with my question.
If no one else is experiencing the same problem then it must be specific to my account on the network side and not the device.0 -
I'd suggest you ask to speak with a "Guru" to get a fault raised. All your base are belong to us.0

I'd have thought so, I travel a fair bit and whilst there are grey area's from time to time it's nothing as bad as you describe. Thanks for all the responses.

Why not call into an O2 shop and show them face to face and see if they will try swapping sims between one of their phones etcIt's not just about the money0
