Hope you get out of there and into your new chapter ASAP Tink!
There are worse things to be addicted to than planning :rotfl:, I might have to have a look at it but I'm already addicted to this site, PADing, snowball calculator and my spreadsheets - one more thing might tip me over the edge :rotfl:
Fingers crossed you get a quick date today Tinkx

That made me laugh Kirsty, I think my planner is stopping me from being near the edge at the moment. Stay away from P1ntrest if you don't want another addiction. That's my other guilty pleasure lol and that is where I got the planner information from. Ahh well at least I don't drink and have given up smoking too. So rock n roll now lol.

Thanks MT, it does seem to be having a positive effect on me too which can't be too bad.
I've been looking on P1ntrest at command centres too (they all look American) but such a good idea. I think one might have to find a home in my new flat.

Well, I've finally moved out. I'm not in my flat yet but I do have somewhere for us to stay until Monday. I spoke to the council on Friday and by the sounds of it they are just waiting for it to be signed off by the repairs team. I'm praying it will be quick.
A lot of my stuff has been moved out but I do still have some bits there. It was just the awful tension that was building up I couldn't stand anymore. I felt so sorry for DD. So here we are, homeless on Monday. The thing is though I feel so much more relaxed. I will worry about Monday on Monday and I do have a couple of options (not going back). I've pretty much done nothing but sleep. DD is happy as she has the remote for the TV and we have free wifi. She just wakes me when she wants feeding lol. I'm actually feeling much better today, even had a shower and I'm going to do something nice for tea. Then we can both take Mr D for a nice long walk.
Last night though I really needed a book. I haven't read a book in a while so I downloaded one. I shouldn't really as I shouldn't spend money like that. I will be going to the charity shops on Monday though to try and find a couple of cheap ones.
I really wish I had brought my printer with me. I still have some work to do on my planner and I have the time to do it grrrr. I have brought my planner and notebook and some paperwork that needs sorting with me oh and also my colouring book so have a couple of things to keep me busy.
Onwards and upwards.

I've just done a quick update on my signature for my debt total. I know its gone up a bit but I'm surprised how much I have paid since the beginning of the year. Hope I can keep that up.

I Hope they can move you in ASAP, do you have time off work to sort things out on Monday?
Is there a cheap hotel near by that you could afford for a couple of days - assuming you'll have exhausted all family & friends options?
If all the work has been done, fingers crossed it wont be long, if its a housing association, they cant afford to throw away the rent more important under this government than ever!
I am glad you are out of your old place, if only a stop gap until your new home is ready.
Have a nice weekend xxMFW

Hi Bellevie. Yes I've got all next week off as I was hoping I would be in by now.
It's the local council so I don't know what they are like about filling the properties quickly.
I called into the offices yesterday and they are under the impression it just needs signing off so hopefully it will be sometime this week.
Hopefully something will come up on Monday but I'll worry about that then lol.

Hi Bellevie
Have you a local library? Loads of FREE books, for you and for DD... and a lot of them have online renewal etc now, which makes it easier. Plus mine offers loan of ebooks, maybe yours might too - I haven't tried that yet, but should.
Glad that you have found somewhere you can chill for the moment, hope your flat is sorted soon.

Hi Rosa
Why didn't I think of that, we are both members already. I'll go and have a look when I've been to the council.
Thanks.
