Just so you know what you are up against, the IAS famously denied one appeal because the motorist had not sufficiently proved he was a resident of the building. The fact that all the letters the operator wrote were addressed to that very building seemed to escape the assessors notice.

In another case a sign hidden behind a skip was ruled as visible.

In a third, the assessor ruled that there was not proof that a permit was valid, despite the operator accepting it for months both before and after the event.

Although your one letter to the DVLA and MP might not mean much, eventually the whole house of cards will come tumbling down.

They are listening and wheels are in motion. So apply as much pressure as you can. They can then have a pile on their desks when they return for their hols.

The parking event happened at night but I've included lots of daytime photos too, just to show how poor the signage is generally.

if this ppc is like all of the other IPC members who are allegedly thick necked, knuckle dragging ex-clampers, who could lift a ton, but could not spell it. I would not worry about it, if they ever decide to proceed with anything more than threatograms, a robust, intelligent and well written defence will see them scurrying away

    good luck

I wonder if the Village Optician could read those signs. I couldn't and I don't believe your average judge could either.

Excel do do court though and like PE do see it through all the way. Currently they just lost their top legal bod so may be in a bit of a turmoil, but they have 6 years...

These don't seem to be visible at night.

Or during the day. There are requirements as to maximum heights which I'm sure they must exceed.

That's never going to get past a judge.
