Yay, yet another forum defence winner, well done to your son and the lay rep family friend!

Wow another one! The forum victories are coming thick and fast this week i think this is the second one at Bury... Shame they're closing the court.

Very well done! Was this Judge Osborne again? Did you get the name of their advocate?

Yes, it was my new favourite judge, DJ Osborne. The solicitor seemed to be representing all the cases in Bury that day. though not sure she had a particularly good day as we were there the same day as ES Parking Enforcement v Mr X. 22/3/17 Bury, who also won as reported on the Parking Prankster.
I kept telling my son it would just be a few people round a table, but it was the full court set-up, which I feel a bit bad about but think he enjoyed it, especially the winning bit :j

Sooner or later one of these PPCs is going to get clobbered by a judge. What do you have to do to be called a vexatious litigant?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Huge congrats! Is your family friend available to appear at Manchester County Court in May by any chance? Haha

That's now two cases won (that I know of!) regarding the same car park. Should hopefully help come my big day :)

    May I congratulate your win.

I saw the ES Parking v Mr x and frankly because the incompetent Gladstones were involved, the win is no surprise to anyone

Excel have a severe problem, not only their dodgy signs, dodgy pay machines etc but their legal team BWLegal should be giving good advice in that they don't have a chance of winning.
This is not happening and Excel should expect more failures in court whilst they use this legal service.
The result being that the courts are probably sick to death with the words "EXCEL and BWLEGAL"

And the end result ends up with Excel and BWLegal looking stupid

Doubtful that Simon Renshaw-Smith of Excel understands this and so he can expect many more defeats

    Sad really

And the IAS (Gladstones fake appeals service) .... A real judge found in your favour proving once again that the IAS is a simple kangaroo court who are not fit to offer this service

Manchester Court seems to be anti-PPC, so you have a good chance. :)

Don't forget/miss the necessary procedures before the hearing (witness statement and evidence).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
