    Is it best to have a solicitor at small claims courts or do you represent yourself?

    You don't really need one, your real problem maybe enforcing the judgement if you win.

    Well unless they're the dissolved company from Bradford they are listed under Rapid Skips at Companies House. You'll have to ask about naming the Brown's personally on any paperwork.

    So your insurance is offering to repair it with a £200 excess? Then isn't that all you will be claiming from the skip company?

    Is it worth a court case for this? have you asked them to settle your insurance excess?
    June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving

    July challenge £50 a day. £ 1682.50/1550

    October challenge £100 a day. £385/£3100
