All our drivers are fully trained to offer you a friendly and reliable service. We also provide extra reach arm lorry's so we can get your skip over small fences and walls.I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -

hope it all gets sorted for you, i can totally understand your frustration!
I don't think a sheet of ply would have prevented this.0 -

Yes I can very frustrated about it all but can't do anything anymore due to damage already being caused.
My main issue is that I don't belive the skip company can't take any responsibility for it due to the way they lifted it.
It's going to be a long drawn out incident. I just know it.0 -
did you get a copy of their t&c's maybe on the back of your contract because there is nothing listed on their web siteI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

they could argue that it should have been sat on timber however this is driver/operator error all day long & as such it's the skip co responsibilityI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

No due to it wasn't me who hired the skip. I believe the patio company have a contract.
Which does state all damage caused is no responsibility of the skip company. The usual term and conditions0 -
they can't state that & a judge would throw that straight out, you can put whatever you like in t&c's but it must still comply with British lawI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

They will deny it or refuse to cooperate, as with a lot of skip companies. Most of the time they get away with it.
This is what their insurance is for!"Real knowledge is knowing the extent of one's ignorance."0 -
Yes I know. Prob worth me just taking it through a small claims court. How long do the small claims court etc take.
I don't think I should have to use my house insurance I want them to fix there faults.
One thing is needed and it'd a full resurfacing0
