Ah thanks for that, I'm not currently in it by that much but I'd just be happier if it was much less than a £1000. I think my credit file is improving as I'm keeping my eye out for a longer 0% deal to transfer my Barclaycard onto as that runs out in September.MBNA 0% ends 10/04/2020 £15843

Overdraft is now reduced from £1000 to £650 may reduce it further but it's a really long month this month and I don't want to risk going over it, not that I intend to. I will be getting a refund from amazon for a faulty nerf gun but that is £40 and I need to get him a replacement which is currently £50. I have bought him some lego from amazon to replace it but I still want to get him the nerf gun as that is what he wanted.MBNA 0% ends 10/04/2020 £15843

Hi lincs, it's been a while since you were on - how are you doing?Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭0

Hi Kirstypoos,
I'm fine thanks still chipping away at that debt and gradually getting my credit card debt onto 0% cards and then doing a bit of shuffling with the amounts. Still putting my silver coins into a sealed tin and my £2 coins into sealed tins as well. Trying very hard not to be to extravagant with regards to spoiling my mum for her birthday.MBNA 0% ends 10/04/2020 £15843

Working on a plan to blast my credit card debt I now have the following :
Lloyds cc £4132.42 @6.4% for the life of the card
MBNA CC £3104 @0% until September 2017
Virgin cc £4708 @0% date to be confirmed
I balance transferred from the Barclaycard onto the virgin card and will close that down next week , I have made a payment of £35 to MBNA today and have also set up a direct debit to go alongside it and I am also in the process of setting up a standing order to pay additionally. I am also adjusting the standing orders that I already have in place to pay off the credit cards.
As well as busting the debt I also have two savings accounts set up with nationwide I only pay a nominal amount in each month but that will hopefully help when it comes to birthdays and Christmas. I'm still doing extra shifts albeit not as many as I was.MBNA 0% ends 10/04/2020 £15843

Just paid another £69.70 off my MBNA card. In previous months I have had a set back with regards to decreasing my debt namely when I have previously transferred balances I have incurred fees but the upside is the balance is still going down. As of now I have currently paid 8% of my total debtMBNA 0% ends 10/04/2020 £15843
