    Hope they are using screws for the plaster etc. too, they used nails in the new build I bought (and since sold) 2 years ago, had lot's of fun fixing the plaster when the nails all started coming loose...

    The site manager (a different one than the one who was there when they built the house, he was replaced soon after we moved in) wasn't impressed with his predecessor's work, had them in 3 times in less than a year to fix the 'holes' in the plaster and I did a lot myself too.
