    Two hour job. So one bay will get through four cars per day, assuming that's an average time. They've probably got 6-8 bays in the workshop.

    How many courtesy cars should they keep available...?

    It would be nice to be able to do it within a week.
    Especially when its a potential breaks issue.

    I work for myself. If I take time out I will end up working late at night and I do enough of that as it is.
