I'm going to say the opposite Dolly- look how much you've paid down due to your hard work.

Nothing wrong with aiming higher and holding yourself accountable- just don't be too hard on yourself :)

  • Agree 100% with Ab.

That is so much money paid off and you have done so well.

Don't forget you are so inspirational to me and I think a lot of other people too.

You have achieved so much and should be proud.

Big well done from me. :T

  • Right DH has been paid today so gonna sort out the bills over the course of the day.

I did a balance transfer from my Sainsbo's CC over to Barclaycard this month but didn't have enough available credit to do the whole balance so my plan over February & March 2017 is to get the SBCC down to a ZERO balance. This means minimum payments to BC & MBNA.

Just waiting on the MBNA statement to be produced which is on the 28 of the month then I will make all the payments via Bank Transfer & update the totals.

Once I have done that I will update the savings total - still adding to these even though we are in debt because it's making me feel good to at least have some savings - trying to keep the positive mental attitude going & this is helping with it.

Also still plodding away with my many survey sites, will do a wee tally 1 February 2017 to see how much I have got with all of them.

  • Morningggggggg :D

Still waiting on the statement to be produced till I make my CC payments, contacted them on the web chat last night to ask them to change the statement date from next month so that I can just pay it as soon as DH is paid, he is usually always paid like a week before me - I like to just get it out of the way as soon as the money comes in :money:

On a more positive note I got a call regarding a survey I done a couple of weeks ago. I am going to take part in a study which includes a diary for a week & leaving an app running on my phone & tablet for 5 weeks & will get £75 amazon vouchers :money::money::money: kerching!!!

Won't be able to use my banking app for a while but I say that is worth it, that's a good wee bit of my Christmas shopping budget :T or it will pay for Amazon Prime for another year either way it is saving me money.

  • Thursday at last!

Off work tomorrow but need to take the car for an MOT, will need to pay for that with the CC again. Hoping that it doesn't need anything done & it passes with flying colours!!

Need to be dropping the car off early so no lie in for me tomorrow will try to get up with DH. Will drop the car off then it's a 35 minute walk home for some porridge - breakfast of champions!

    Plans today are:

    * Work 8am till 6.30pm
    * Keep up with my new IPSOS diary, on day 2 of 7
    * Check up on the funds for the month

    Dxxx
