How can I be up 1lb from yesterday  I don't get it & I could have cried this morning. I left the house on sabotage mode, left my food for the day, lifted £20.00 out of my stash of cash with the intention of spending it ALL on food on my way to work.
Made it to work then went to Superdrug, now I know this is not ideal but I bought 2 Slimfast shakes, snacks & water. Feel like this is the only thing that is gonna get me through this day without eating junk until I am physically sick
In work from 9am till 4pm today so not too long a day, when we got in this morning they sent an email out offering some OT for the next 2 weeks so I am gonna come in & do 25.5 extra hours then will get paid for an extra 38.25hrs so just over a weeks wages :money:
That money can partly go to my savings & partly take me & DH out for a nice dinner(maybe) :T
Will decide what to do with the full amount when I have been paid, might just pay it towards my SBCC :money:

Def water weight or something similar, please don't beat yourself up over it. As monz says, it will soon be off again and probably sooner than you think. I'm trying to not weigh myself so often because it can be so aggravating when things like this happen, but it's hard to not step on the scale when it's sitting right there on the bathroom floor...:o0

Oh it is so hard isn't it.
I tend to jump on every other day or so just to have a sneak peak.
