  • Went too bed last night having an internal argument with myself on whether I was gonna have a bingey day today or still to my WWSP.

Swear I was even dreaming about food, dreamt I was walking around Sainsbo's eating a freshly baked loaf of tiger bread :rotfl: It was sooooooooooo good.

Anyways I woke up this morning & jumped on the scales. I am down to 15st 3.5lbs so this is a total loss of 18.5lbs :j No way am I having a bingey day now, that totally inspired me to be good.

On a bad note I did wake up with a cold sore this morning, I swear I can feel my face swelling as the hours pass :( nipped to the shops & bought the compeed things you stick on top of them, its like an invisible plaster. Will see if that helps at all.

Just want it to go awayyyyyyyy, it's making me miserable already.

  • Dolly have you heard about Diane Lloyd fitness videos.
She wanted to lose weight but had/has a bit to lose so she was put off work-out dvds by all the ones that were made by people who look like they haven't eaten for a week.
So she has made fitness videos that you can follow at home for real people. I think shes on youtube but has had some press coverage.
I might have a look when feeling brave.
Not sure if you are the same as me but i would exercise more if no-one would see me and if i had a fitness dvd where the person doing it wasnt intimidatingly slim!

Glad you are having a good start to the year. Today was blue monday (scientifically recognised as the most depressing day of the year) so good to hear people are feeling on-the-up. xxx

  • No I haven't heard of that might have a look on you tube, I do live in a 1st floor flat though so my neighbour down stairs might think there is an earthquake if I start doing starjumps :rotfl:

I do have an exercise bike so will need to get back into using that.

  • Debt
    £15,000 - Total
    £9,255.93 - Remaining

I'm gonna need to be more focused on getting rid of this debt, it seems to have gone up & down over the last while which is not good, I'm stuck in quicksand & not getting anywhere :(

I'm going to be more focused on keeping my diary up to date, I'm on these boards quite a lot during the week but kinda lose my focus with it at the weekends, that is going to change.

I need to be more strict with this!

I'm also going to be more honest with myself & list all CC spends on here, even the ones I might not want to admit too but honesty needs to be the best policy.

Soon I will be out of this vicious cycle of relying on the CC, soon but not soon enough!
