As for your insults about crap try keeping them to yourself instead of making a fool of yourself
There is only one fool in this thread...
If you hadn't been around for so long I would put you down as a bored school kid posting rubbish while they were bored and on holiday.====0 -
Well I def received a text saying incoming roaming calls were free..
And so far I've paid virgin an extra 125 pounds to keep my phone alive..0 -
On a separate note..
I've been with virginmobile for about 4 years and have a phone contract....currently a nokia lumia 635
My daughter has a sim only contract with unlimited everything, with a iPhone 5c bought outright.
She also got same text as me about incoming calls being free.
HOWEVER, her incoming calls are free and are not being charged..
But hopefully all will be resolved when I return to the uk0 -
Yes definite as per the link I posted above.dazzaofdagenham wrote: »Well I def received a text saying incoming roaming calls were free..

However I'm wondering as you are being charged the same amount as for outgoing calls, have you got voicemail enabled ?
You will be billed for the outbound call if you fail to answer when it's routed back to the UK and charged a full minute even if it's only a few seconds before the caller hangs up.It's not just about the money0 -
So yesterday I try and speak to virginmobile about these charges.
First off the person I spoke to said they were valid charges as I was using the ohone abroad ( incoming call charges ). After sorting that out I started to "try" and sort out the refund of my money.
But they want to keep my money to pay future bills.....
They are a absolute nightmare to deal with0 -

Tell them you charge 25% a month, and would like to pay them another £5000 upfront :rotfl:0
