    So exciting about house :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

I have been looking at various threads where people ask why they aren't getting viewings and helpful souls vent about what is wrong with homes up for sale.

While most of these tips are highly subjective, the recurring theme would seem to be price. Could you be asking for too much? What is your EA's average time on market for properties? How long are houses in local areas taking to shift?

Excuse the italics, I was searching for a more practical way of expressing sarcasm :D
  • Pesky shoes...

    House sounds perfect!

Good luck with selling yours...there has got to be a buyer there for you.

Putting my thoughts out for you.

If we could only find a buyer.

"I wouldn't put the bathroom there" kind of thing?

We dropped the price 15k when we went on with this agent. Two weeks ago.
