I have been looking at various threads where people ask why they aren't getting viewings and helpful souls vent about what is wrong with homes up for sale.
While most of these tips are highly subjective, the recurring theme would seem to be price. Could you be asking for too much? What is your EA's average time on market for properties? How long are houses in local areas taking to shift?
Excuse the italics, I was searching for a more practical way of expressing sarcasm0 -
