    And now it is the weekend Eve.
    Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
    Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

    All I have time for in the week is stating the bleeding obvious. I have just noticed that after moving nearly a year ago, two good observations and a teensy promotion I am actually enjoying my job again.

    DD is doing D of E. Very proud!

    The house is off the market until new year to give it a rest.

    Love that your DD is doing DofE - I did all three levels, over the years, it was absolutely wonderful, and a real eye opener in lots of ways.

    Great you are enjoying your job again. this work lark takes up so much time it is important to enjoy it I think :)
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
