  • Probably not! I will see if they bill me.

NSD and our neighbour/builder has made our tatty garage door look posh for £90. It has gone from brown to white.
  • Insanely busy week. NSD.
  • Time to put your feet up tonight. Enjoy!
Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D
  • We are re watching Peep Show which is so painfully funny.

£80 spent on groceries. I have just applied for a tutoring job working from home.

I could save £200 diesel, £160 dog sitting and £400 childcare. Not to mention 7.5 hours of travel and car repair costs.

  • Sounds amazing. You would be mf in no time. X

Massive potential savings!! I dislike that it costs so much to work :( When my eldest 2 were small childcare wasn't subsidised and nursery for one child cost £150 per week! Second child had a 5% discount! :D Add to that my fuel (75 mile round trip each day), work clothes (tights being my main bugbear!) and convenience food... AT one point I was working for around £50 per month - but was waiting for redundancy x
