Just next time it would be best to cover ALL hospitals - the private ones in US are normally pretty plush! Pretty expensive too unfortunately & many things aren't covered by Medicare or is it Medicaid? there either - says she who paid hubby's remaining 80K thankfully by then reduced down to 20Kish for his stent:eek:. Still, he was worth it!
Oh my goodness. I hope that he is well now!
I am certainly in a tizz now, just been updating my sat nav as a friend kindly reminded me to check whether there were any road closures I had forgotten and guess what M3 is shut overnight until 6am. And DD2 needs to be Heathrow 6.30ish. I think I am going to have to leave at 4am now instead of 5am and I really should not be here.
Goodnight all :A0 -

I'm joking obviously.
ProbablyHe's my soulmate & we're pretty happy, even though we do nothing & go nowhere for months on end, too many months on end. Mind you if he hadn't weaned himself off the Morphine docs gave him for pain you might have had a different reply:o:p
I've had the 'important' occupation/s that took up FAR too much of my time - often 16hrs a day 7 days a week. I realised after I gave up my business to look after mum full-time before she passed, that money isn't the be all & end all in life. However, it enabled me to take 3yrs off to look after mum and also enabled me to pay his hospital bill and for us to do something we both enjoyed workwise, not to mention having some very nice holidays.
Money doesn't buy you happiness but it is useful to pay bills:D & for treats. Most of my savings gone now but I can cope & also cope very well on far less money. Glitches help:D
Had a phone call tonight & we're invited to a family get together this weekend. I am SO looking forward to it. Poor hubby won't be able to get a word in - the men usually get a glazed look on their faces when we get together - which isn't often enough. Going to try & get us all together on a monthly or so basis.0 -

Thanks Bubbs, I feel great but it's the big day again tomorrow so:eek: I commented to someone the other day about how well I was last time and DH said he disagreed he thought I was really poorly so we will just have to wait and see. I'm going to try and get my medication sorted in advance this time so that should help.0
