We are still in shock, DS, had not really spoken yet about it, he will, though, as we have had a few very close family deaths in our family, we had 3 within a few months, 5 years ago, he was only 6 at the time, and that was a horrendous time, but he asked so many questions, and wanted to know everything, that we sat him down and explained everything, about how and why people die, and he has had counselling, which really helped.

He is out bouncing on the trampoline with a friend at the moment, enjoying the holidays.

My cousin took his life many moons ago, he was schizophrenic and in one of his more lucid moments decided it was the way to end his torture and that of his relatives. The worst thing was it truly was the best way out for him, nothing really worked.

Has anyone received c&c evouchers from shops after Thursday?
I am still waiting for mine, has anyone used a £50+ evouchers recently?

Afternoon Peeps!

Was expecting to start making arrangements for DM today, but paperwork still not sent to registrar. So another day of mooching and time wasting! Need to develop a cleaning/ tidying and decluttering strategy for coping.

Eating Tom Kerridge's HM tomato soup for lunch. Not 'quick to make' as promised in the recipe or :money: at all! have to admit it is nice, and has used up some of the store cupboard ingredients which say things like BB 2012! (Don't tell DD, who is also having this for lunch!).

There's still time to see and hear this amazing aircraft!

Such an amazing graceful aircraft. Once seen and heard never forgotten. I had the pleasure of seeing the Vulcan in flight at the Clackton Airshow. Reduced me to tears watching the flight and thinking of the history behind such an amazing piece of engineering, I still get goose bumps listening to the thunderous roar with the ground beneath actually shaking.

Yes hun I'm still waiting on mine it says up to a week but I read somewhere they usually update them for the following Tues

That hasn't applied since the changeover (Post 1 needs updating). EVs can come through anything from the next day to a few days. It's very random so could simply be down to demand.

Thanks for replies, yes I have had mine next day before since the changeover! Im thinking it was because its a high amount I'm waiting for !
