    Good morning all :)

Anyone that ordered gas from http://gasbottle.net/products/19kg-propane-gas-cylinder

I had an email from the MD of Gas deal.co.UK after cancelling my order from them. The reason I gave was that gas bottle.net were cheaper.

The MD informed me that gas bottle.net was a bogus company and has since been removed from the net. I have contacted my credit card and suggest that anyone who ordered do the same.

    I paid with Paypal :/

edit: just checked and I have already been refunded!?

Hope hornet girl and fc both have brill holidays. And fc lots of ds 2 stories when you come back.please .xxc

Raining now.had to run and rescue 3 machine loads of washing from the line.

    Afternoon

Thanks Rhos. I'm not off until tomorrow. DS2 is beyond hyper  it's been a very long time since I've seen him at this level of frenzy.

There's a proper autumnal feel in the air today. I was just thinking earlier whilst packing how little of an airing the proper summer clothes have had this year. I NEED sunshine :D

I'm just waiting for re-enforcements to arrive so I can go shopping for fresh food for my house/animal sitters. No way I could take DS2 shopping today

I was planning the patio/garden around it and had finally found a housing for it that I fancied - an igloo that you could shade one side. I'm gutted but am sure I'll survive. Igloo is bit expensive for what it is though, not too sure about a PVC cover for it? We need Double glazing and have some 4ft x 8ft aluminium windows to take out so might see how much it would cost to have a large shed/summer room built against the garage utilising the windows.

If anyone sees them vastly reduced again I'd appreciate it if you would send me a PM. I think we will probably buy one over the winter as we've been talking about having one for a while now.

Well that was an exciting trip out - just nipped to Sainsbobs to take the recycling, do the clothing returns and post some letters.

I collected a receipt about 3 foot long, £185 in totals with four seperate sub totals and not a single item for cashback - 4 fridjj that are not on COS any more - and a challenge to upload for 5p :)

Uploading receipts for 5p is the pinnacle of entertainment this afternoon :)

    I did find a BM for 1p though :)

TCB and Quidco have had a cyber attack of some description which is why they were both slow yesterday and TCB impossible to open today - a Shopotize rec I uploaded yesterday was still in the process this afternoon

Does anyone else wash mushrooms before cooking. I know the advice is to give them a wipe but I like to make sure I'm not eating compost

If DH is cooking, I have to get to them first otherwise they just go in straight from the packet :eek:

i cant be dealing with wet mushrooms. I have to peel them :o

I got excited because I thought you meant the total to pay was minus 60p, that would have gone down well on here :rotfl:

Thanks for sharing your experience, it's somewhat different to the kind of numbers we see on here usually. eg you're spending £24.19 to get a BM of 15p when it's possible (though not advisable ) to spend 15p and get an online APG for £24.19 :money:

By the way, did you really pay £4 for the San Pellegrino. It's £3 each according to S.com ;) If you did pay £4 each then your BM should have been at least 44p suggesting you lost out on 29p due to the other items you bought being cheaper in S. If they were £3 then your BM would have been reduced by £1.56 and you would have been better paying separately

If I were you the least I would do is buy another orange and lemon for £6 and return them using today's receipt to get another £2 back in your pocket.

No they were definately £4 per pack in the Sains store I went to.

As I say, I fed that lot back today to see if I am following what you are doing. I had to buy those items today for work so no good trying to buy a basket of items just to get cash back if it doesn't give me what I need. I am facinated by the whole glitch thing so reading along eagerly.

    Thanks for the feedback.

That's interesting thank you. I had a similar experience with Quidco today and thought I was going mad as it kept disappearing before reaching 100%. It did go in the end though.

That's a shame. I used them on Amazon sometimes too as I seem to get stuff from there regularly. Haven't really bought many since the £5 off wys £40 vouchers stopped.

.. You still can get Am4zon so far as I am aware. In fact, you could just spend directly on Am4zon. Just no longer A.
