Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Don't you use a trailing stop loss in the isa to protect your investment cash ?

I wasn't too impressed when my water shares nosedived a couple of days ago and my capital dropped by around £5000 in one day !

I have a S&S ISA and it has taken a right battering so can oly guess how the pension is doing - I only bought in April at the end of the tax year and was going to buy in again this tax year - maybe now would be a time to buy this year's ISA and pension to recover as until recently it was doing quite well :(.
