Affiliate links are not permitted on MSE at all. Had to remove fairclaire's post containing an Amazon affiliate link.
Just to remind everybody (although it has been mentioned before) that any Amazon link that has a -21 in it somewhere is an affiliate link so if you copy the link from elsewhere please edit it before posting and only post direct clean links to the product.
Naughty fairclaire! I'm sure it wasn't intentional (nonetheless FC intention is irrelevant under the rules:p:rotfl:) and I'm sure that people simply forget - especially if they are neurotypicals:rotfl:. To be fair though, this wasn't forefront to my mind and I'd 'forgotten' too, so it's a timely reminder and I sure will keep that, together with the detail of the "-21" information, in my mind forever from here on in:). (I must remember not to post a link in case I forget and - I must go very carefully now - so as not to fall into this trap:rotfl:.)
:hello: all! I've been to M today (as and when I please;):D) so that, in theory, it will make things easier on Wednesday. Not much has changed in M (thank goodness:rotfl:) - surprisely (maybe) last week's "plant of the week" is still on (if you can find it in your store) but the Chicago Town pizzas are off: they've gone from 99p to 2 for £3:wall:. What a surprise:rotfl:. Apologies if you are the man who doubtless heard me shout out "What am I supposed to do with that?" whilst pointing to the Kipling Bakewell Tart with a blank space on the shelf and no pricing. But...indeed, what use is it? The Kipling Bakewell Tart has doubled in price (due to the 'half price' ending) (second store came to the rescue) plus that extra penny that they round down when it's halved (in order to be able to claim it is at least "half price"). So, that's off and the Linda McCartneys also appear to be off.
Meanwhile, just to let you know of a problem I'm having with Savers Salted Peanuts. I have SELs in my stores but no stock (and it's not just one store). It was the same last Wednesday, so if this continues, and if it's any way representative, then I'd expect SP Salted Peanuts to go N/A vs M - and once they go N/A, it can take some time for them to return with a price even if they come back into stock in M in the future. I note msm showing M OOS:think:. It may be a local stockout to me (but then msm is also showing OOS) - but the position in my stores has been reflected more generally before and we have had, previously, Savers Diced Swede going off the APG, then returning later, and that now hasn't been seen in M for quite a while (don't think they produce it anymore - it'd doubtless be 54p if it was available now as the Diced Carrot & Swede and the Bean Sprouts have both already gone up to that price - and the Whole Swede at 97p/kg is now cheaper than 50p for old 500g packs).
Another issue in store too - I can't establish whether the Birds Eye Sweet Chilli BBQ Chicken Grills 4 pack are at £1.62. The 4 pack Birds Eyes, even those that are £1.62, have £3.25 in the aisles so it may be risky on T PP that - as it doesn't seem M have distributed price tickets to the stores. They have, at least in one store, the Crispy Chicken grills and the Sweet Chilli Chicken and the Sweet Chilli BBQ Chicken in the aisle-end freezer. It's not just me - but I even overheard a customer who took the Sweet Chilli Chicken to his partner/wife (presumably) saying that you'd imagine they were on offer - "it's the usual conundrum again". And so it is (IMO)!
There's no mention of the Sweet Chilli Chicken being included in the offer in this store, and the main aisles have full prices. The Sweet Chilli Chicken is on offer though which, of course, you'd already know from another store several miles away(:rotfl:). That store does have a price offer label that says includes Sweet Chilli Chicken. However, no mention is made of Sweet Chilli BBQ Chicken (the all-important detail;):D) and that store does not appear to stock this BBQ version; nonetheless they were in the freezer in the other store so "you'd imagine they were on the offer".
The usual conundrum:rotfl:.
I'll update the list (there will be a few extra items I've found) later. I should mention one of them - J Arthur Bowers Garotta Compost 1Kg found at 25p - best price I've ever seen - although it may be store-specific.
And, oh, I've missed an item:eek:(:rotfl:)! I had BM Wafer Thin Turkey Ham written in the corner of my carry-over list but omitted to check in the second store! However, luckily I have an excuse that I can now make - as they are now £1 in T, so why would you buy two anymore and try to compare against a £2 bogo'f' for M? On that basis I'm going to be removing them from the M list anyway:D (phew, that one was lucky!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:).

Annoying when the screen flickers and then you lost the entirety of your post - I was in the middle of posting some more information and then it was lost! This rewrite will never be a patch on what I was saying, something about the Cadbury Twinpots in M also being off (onto an unfavourable mbuy), that, for the record, the individual Mentos Fruits tubes are 38g in M (so not the 37.5g or whatever it was that we had on a.com) and that some Rectangular Bowls have appeared in my M (probably on special purchase although it does not say that in my M) at £1 - but they (or something extremely similar and indistinguishable even to my eyes) went to 48p RTC last time and I think I also saw 28p eventually (if my memory serves me correctly, which is doubtless does!:)) so leave off in the hope that the same happens again.
One long sentence - as I said, not a patch on the original! Oh, Weetabix On the Gos have gone to 69p - shall I just go and do the list (later)?:)0
