Sorry TM but speaking as a hardline randy git I can categorically confirm that a dish in the hand is most certainly not worth two in the bush :)

I've not caught up properly but see that naebbirac had bad news. Sorry to hear this :( I know you were hoping for better news.

Lady shopper sorry to hear things are difficult for you too. I think it can be difficult to have the patience it takes to get over such a big procedure when you've been waiting so long for it, and the improvement it will make in your life once you have recovered. Listen to your body and don't try to make it do anymore than its able to cope with.

I won't go into any details of why because I'd probably sound mad :o But I'm a recent convert of truly believing that your body will tell you if something is wrong or needs attention ;) in your case, your body is telling you it needs to rest. You will get there :A

Dawnylou if I were you I wouldn't worry about Xmas just yet, it's still a long way off in terms of circumstance, things could dramatically change by then:) trust me as a house hold we have had many times where we've struggled but come out of the other side smiling.

I'd concentrate on food... Stocking up on things at a good price, you still need feeding between now and Christmas and you can't eat smellies;) even over priced pretty boxed ones.

The pork loin in @ is a good price at the moment if you have room in your freezer and a few apg's to use up. We've just had some for tea
and even better it showed as n/a for my instore shop on Friday.

Thank you so much for that. I got a nice deal with muscle food so at the minute the freezer is stuffed. Although might pick up the pork to eat this week.

Basically our situation is two adults, a toddler and a dog....baby due in Oct and now redundant so major changes to our life just now!

Thanks M4RTIN, I've been around but RL is a bit crazy at the mo with 2 young kids on school holidays.

2 weeks left of the hols and we still have New York, Legoland, Chessington, Longleat Safari Park and a garden party at the estate of a millionaire relative to go to, so I might be quiet for a bit yet.

However, I'm hoping that the new Ristorante pizza deal might be one of the most lucrative scams ever, so I might make a special effort to take part and report my findings. I need the Wednesday M update to happen before I say any more, so roll on lunchtime tomorrow..:D

    Have a ball :D

coke at £1.85 in my sada :(

Colmans bread sauce down to 10p from £1.00 date until 04/16 hope its of use to someone got loads of wombles £7.00 odd back

will go through them later if of use i will upload

Off for a BBQ under the stars catch up later :)

    I could honestly write a book! :rotfl::rotfl:

Most of them have now moved onto to being more worried about how much compo they are going to get! I have a feeling that the guy who claims it's costing him £15 a day  might be disappointed.

I've also seen several claims that people children/grannies/pet donkeys are Ill with upset tums due to this. Despite there being not one confirmed case of illness due to it. I think the word 'precaution' might have passed some people by.

Yes it has dragged on. I'll be honest, it's caused me no great amount of money and no more inconvenience than I'm used to. But for some people it's a reason to get hysterical and take to Facebook to vent your frustration. I wish I had the bloody time! :rotfl::rotfl:
