Enough already.........The danger of reading too much, is evident here. Showing off the fact that you read obscure papers is not moving anything forward.
Hardly any of it relevant for Joe public just living a normal daily life. It's probably best left for Geeky nerds on technical sites to discuss.

Pretty much all the advice on MSE regarding small print, are quick to point out that you should always check. Now were being told to be selective in what we read. NOT ON YOUR NELLY!.
All of it needs to be checked, its the little obscurities that can be found hidden away that ARE relevant for Joe Public, that are usually found hidden between the irrelevant.

So at risk of bringing this back on topic how is a government body using nation state level infiltration tools and infrastructure costing billions of dollars on a commercial entity even remotely related to how Windows delivers patches.
