Unfortunately I can't send the confirmation e-mail as its automaticaly generated.
Alarm bells were ringing but not loud enough!
The money was took out of my account first thing on Friday. I doubt I will be able to get my money back as I paid by debt card0 -
Your covered paying by debt card usually do a chargeback via your bank

Might be a problem with this line on the template..... I enclose the following documentation which provides details of the transaction: NO invoices, receipts, details of estimated delivery dates, all I have is a copy of MedicAnimal chat line, doubt that will be good enough however I have proof on my bank statement showing they took the money out:)0

At 12:19 today I received an email from MedicAnimal stating that a refund for my order will be raised - please allow 2 - 3 days for this to reach your account.

All I can say or help with, is, that a couple of days ago I sent them a straight talking email - asking are you in Administration, what's happening to my order # etc stc
apart from that, I have no other suggestion of why they sent the emailDon't let life get you down, get down on life !!!!0 -
Had no joy contacting them via phone email or through website. Paid by debit card £37 so been on to bak today who were very helpful and sending me out a claim form fingers crossed I get money back.
My order was for pressed bones, beef ribs and filled hoofs anyone recommend another company to try?
