Looking at it from the outside i can see why it's "trivial" in one sense but a big deal in another.
If it was me and my TV cost that much then I'd be angry at the shop too. Not sure how angry since it would depend on their level of (in)competence.
Getting it fixed "at some point in the very near future" may not be acceptable to some people and how soon is that anyway?
I'm just pointing out that trivial to you may not be to others so it's not really fair to belittle the arguement just because it may not bother you.

I am not angry that I do not have a tv as I do have more throughout the house. I am angry that I spent £190 on a warranty that states someone will be out within 2 days to inspect it and repair if possible. If they had been out within the two days stated and even if they took the tv away for repair, I would not be posting on here because they would've fulfilled their promise. But as it is, we are 4 days into the period after reporting the fault and no one can make up their minds as to who is responsible for coming out. Currys say its Sharp because its still under the 1 year man warr and sharp say its currys because they sold a 3 year warranty which starts from the day of purchase. THAT IS WHY I AM ANGRY AND POSTING ON HERE FOR ADVICE on where I go from here as we have reached a stalemate!!!!
Now if you can't quite comprehend this (oh sorry simple words for a simple person) UNDERSTAND this then ask your wife to translate I am sure you can't multi task so breathing and reading would be difficult for you eh?!!!!!I can only please one person per day.Today is not your day.Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.0 -
