Unfortunately they built the block paving covering airbricks and above the dpc, causing damp problems in the house, and 3 or so years later, there's plenty of big dips in the block paving itself...

Established company with actual premises, there's a chance you could get them back to rectify any defects. There may even be a chance of a warranty or insurance claim against them. What chance do you think there is with the Irish caravan club?
