You need to consult your deeds to see if you have to allow vehicular access, if not then a bollard installed on your half.

EDIT - the cars they usually leave in the Access-way such as their own Volvo 4 x 4 are wider than that white Nissan - and definitely don't leave any room for bins or anyone to get past.0 -

It needs a good tidy up and weeding too. What do the call it when the place looks like a !!!! tip, so the new neighbour moves in and thinks it's ok to tip rubbish there? Once the car is gone the whole neighbourhood will be fly tipping there.0
