I got on to the Beauty Recommended Panel. :j:j:j
Just emailed off a very legal looking confidentiality agreement. ;)

    Congratulations on the Panel:)

I'm trying to use a bottle of No 17 Laser Beam (blue) nail varnish but I think I discovered why I'd not used it up. It sets slowly and seems to be a bit thick. I think it was like this before it entered the dimensional portal that is Bathroom Cabinet One but I'm not sure. Anyone else have problems with No17 nail polish and setting?

UU #3 - bottle of mouthwash. Replaced with an unopened bottle from stash, which (unless I find any more lurking in boxes) is finally my last. If I stick to using it every morning (not very good at that as I hate the stuff!) it should be gone in the latter part of next month (40 days to a bottle, and I've a week away this month when I won't be taking it with me).

    My PP List

    1) Liz Earle Superskin Concentrate (I hate this stuff, but feel I ought to use it up. Any ideas how? The only thing I can think of is dry elbows and cuticles!)
    2) Batiste dry shampoo
    3) Philosophy Cinnamon Buns shower gel
    4) Vaseline body lotion spray
    5) Aveeno cream
    6) Sanctuary Skin Comforting Balm
    7) Liz Earle Superbalm (trial size)
    8) Atrixo Intensive Protection Cream
    9) Garnier Intensive 7 Days body lotion
    10) Use up one of my travel sized perfumes

I also want to go through my make-up drawer and chuck stuff I know I am never going to use up.

    Morning all
Finished the battle of B&H bubble bath last night, not very bubbly at all! I do have loads more bubble baths in the stash, and hopefully they are better than this one!

I forgot to say thank you to InaPickle for the new thread!
    My Aug UUs so far
Dermalogica serum - nice, wmb was a sample
Deciem hand chemistry hand cream - came in a beauty box. It did well, but not keen on the smell.
TA - Estee Lauder mascara. a mini, which I have used almost everyday for what seems like years, with no sign of it running out, but it has started to make shadows under my eyes.

In a flash decision yesterday I bought a few things from Bathe and Unwind... qualified for a beauty box and a shower gel freebie, so there's going to be a fair few ins in the next week or so. Oh dear. I was doing so well. I did do quidco in my defence. And I did need the facial sunblock.

    An unexpected UU – yay!

Elemis Exotic moisturising mask. WNB. It was a freebie, and I have another in the stash – happy to use them, but I'm not sure they actually do very much, so wouldn't bother spending money on them.

And the peeling from the Footner socks has started, eek! Just a little bit around my toes and worst bits of my heels, noticed it last night (I was wearing boots yesterday that do aggravate my feet a bit, so they may have set it off). It’s not a problem – just gave my feet a good scrub before bed, and again this morning, and I'm walking around happily in little pumps today. Lovely new skin coming through though, I'm impressed :)

Only a quick post. I promise I'll try and catch up with you all soon. Not that I'm trying to enable but the delicious Liz Earle shower gels and body lotions are on sale at £5.00 and £6.00 each. I have recently finished the Bergamot and Lime one and it is divine. Really good price considering they are usually about £12.50 each. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
