It's the cheeky sweet shop set which I know is popular but I have opened it so don't think I can?

Ah ok! Have you used them though?

Well, talk about from one extreme to the other...
UU Aldi Carino Coconut Conditioner 400ml 65p . WIBA? Already have, it is fantastic stuff. It very closely resembles the conditioner you get in with boxes of hair dye, very thick and rich.
NBI enroute from the usual review source:
Murad Resurgence Age-Balancing Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF30 50 ml
Which, coincidentally is almost 100x as expensive, at £64.
How the other half live, hey?
Will be nice to see if this is any better than my Aldi Lacura Q10.

I've heard good things about Murad on YouTube. Please post a review when you start using it?

Which colour did you try? I'm blonde and have to stick with the lightest (I have very light brows too) and find it's great - I often just use the wax (which is coloured) for just a slight emphasis and tidy, then add powder if i want something more dramatic for a night out.

I've not found anything else light enough for me (unless they come with clear/white wax, which I find useless), as I don't like/want really dark dramatic brows.

It was brown I think. Have today applied brown brow tech but it's too dark.

Another use up to report. After a long hot day yesterday I used the Elemis Balancing Lavender Facial Wipe. This was a freebie from the charity where I purchased my wedding dress and I don't think you can actually buy the wipes anywhere. It was very refreshing with a soothing scent and didn't upset my skin but I don't generally use facial wipes anyway.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/
  • Updated PP for this month below - making progress but don't think will finish everything on the list.

I have managed to UU a few part used travel sizes on top of the below, including this morning a 25ml tube of Balance Me Moisture Rich Facial Cream - I MBA - leaves my skin feeling really moisturised in a dewy rather than greasy sort of way. However, I have plenty of other face creams to UU before I need to go shopping so will see if any grab me more.

I might go back to using a face cream with SPF included as I am a bit haphazard about putting make up on (i.e. mostly too lazy to bother) and it's a pain having to put separate SPF over face cream. Not many of the natural brands include SPF in their moisturisers though. Mind you I recall asking at the beauty salon years ago why Guinot didn't include SPF in their face creams and they said you want a face cream to sink into your skin to provide its benefits but you want SPF to sit on top to protect it, so they shouldn't go into the same product, so maybe there is some logic in that.

[STRIKE]- Crabtree and Evelyn Summer Hill hand therapy[/STRIKE]
    - Antipodes Ananda Gentle toner
    [STRIKE]- Ren Hydracalm serum
    - Ren Hydracalm day cream (generous sample size)[/STRIKE]
    - Aurelia face scrub
    - Another tube of this works perfect heels rescue balm
[STRIKE]- Clarins Multi-Active night cream (generous sample size)
    - Korres Jasmine Body Wash
    - Korres Jamine Body Lotion[/STRIKE]
    - Mio Boob Tube (bust firmer)
[STRIKE]- Mio The Activist (firming body oil)[/STRIKE]
    - Mio Workout Wonder (invigorating muscle gel)
[STRIKE]- No7 face scrub (sample size)[/STRIKE]

I agree that skincare and SPF should be separate, I have some sample moisturisers with SPF that I am using but I don't choose to buy them with it in.

    Sixth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Travel UU's:
No 7 trial size lipgloss, lipliner and eyeshadow
    Travel size toothpaste
    shampoo sample
    Korean brand CC hair conditioner

and I actually left the hotel samples alone! which is a first for me too.

I have also mentioned before that I'm starting to let go of clothes that just don't fit or just at the end of their lifepsan and I managed to let go of 1 dress that frankly just doesn't flatter me. So off to charity that goes for them to re-sell or to rag.

I watched a documentary recently called True Cost and it made me really understand the consequences of fast fashion and so I have decided to not buy any new clothes for this entire year and to really downgrade my clothes and only buy good quality fabrics that will last me years. Wish me luck!

L'occitane mini foot cream - this was ok but not sure its worth the price!
My little beauty - body scrub. this was ok, nothing special. the packaging was awful though and it was so hard to get any out go the true, i gave up in the end and took the top off!

had a massive clear out of all of my stash this morning so GA:
My Little beauty eyeshadow crayon - i have more than enough eyeshadow crayons to be getting on with and i think this is too dark for for me but will really suit my mum so GA to her
So susan lip and cheek colour, Benefit Lip stick, My little beauty lip balm and and Bobbi Brown mini lip gloss from a christmas set- too bright for me so GA to someone who would use it!
Urban Decay Stick on crystals - had these years as a hangover from my student days. I'm never, ever going to go out with crystals attached to my face again so i'm GA to my OHs young cousin who is very likely to wear them everyday if she could!
also GA 11 nail polishes in colours i will never wear that I've collected in various sets and nail art pens I'm never going to use as i know OHs cousin will love them all!
