Agreed! I use Benefit browzings and have done for years and it lasts ages. An even cheaper alternative is from Sleek in Superdrug. Please check out my beauty on a budget thread :) x

Thanks for the recommendation ladies. My daughter Emma actually has Browzings and has done my brows with it before but I think I remember it being too dark. I like the taupe shade in Smashbox Brow Tech.

Does anyone else find the Soap & Glory Hand food to be really greasy? I have a tube on my desk and whenever I use it I can't wait to wash my hands again... pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to work!

Yes, and it goes off really quickly. I much prefer the Intensive hand cream that they nowmake.

    Welcome back dolly. x

Another UU from my Finish 4 by 4 challenge: Bobbi Brown shell eyeshadow: Had little product left around the edges of the pan. It started crumble so tipped it up to tap out the excess and all the product that was left fell out! WNBA as I prefer beige nudes to this pinky nude.

Welcome to the thread nyg123, we'll give you lots of support. :)

A couple of use ups from my latest Project Pan to report plus a few ins. I finished the Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Conditioner 27ml this morning. I paid 20p for it from a charity shop and although it was a lovely light gel-like consistency, the nice smell wasn't particularly strong and I didn't notice it doing anything amazing to my hair so I will stick to cheaper conditioners. The Batiste Cherry Dry Shampoo 200ml is also gone. This was fine but I prefer the tropical fragranced version.

The ins were three 200ml cans of COLAB dry shampoo in Rio and London fragrance. These were on the reduced shelf in Superdrug for £1 each as they had no lid. I use quite a lot of dry shampoo so I am interested to see how this brand compares with Batiste.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter - not really a butter as it's thinner than that IMO, once you break into it. I'm not that much of a fan of TBS but I really liked this, feels very mild. WBA

TBS Vitamin E Moisture Mask Sachet - nice light fragrance, but not sure it did that much for me. WNBA

    INS

3 Soft and Gentle deodorants - on offer in Superdrug at 93p
Garnier Summer Body Lotion - also on offer

Vosene was green coloured. We used that as a family growing up in the 70's.

The shampoo the rest of the family used in the 60s was a blue one, and the name has just come back to me - Clinic. It was really powerful stuff, get that in your eyes and you knew about it.
Apparently it's still available in Ireland, or it was 8 years ago. http://beaut.ie/2007/products-of-yore-clinic-shampoo/#.VdcqUvmvs24

Korres mini body lotion from my little box. Is was ok, nothing special though.
RMK mini herb mist - the mint smell on this is strong but it is refreshing. Still prefer the plain avene one though so WNBA.
Origins mini hand cream - this is good and sinks in quickly. WBA.

Found the Neom real luxury collection in Tkmaxx for £49.99 and there was no way that was being left there at that price! I LOVE the fragrance, the candles are amazng, the body oil is divine and the shower gel and body lotion are amazing. These are one of the few really expensive natural brands that are genuinely worth the extra money, the bubble bath is amazing too and actually bubbles despite not being full of SLS!
  • Two more UU

    - small bottle of seaweed therapy shower gel - this was from a hotel I stayed in. Wouldn't know where to buy even if I wanted to.

    - Mio: The activist firming body oil - this is lovely but I bought on special offer as part of a set and it's pretty expensive. I have years worth of body lotion tucked away so I won't be buying this anytime soon - not convinced it can really firm, and my skin isn't exactly saggy anyway.
