    Yes, HM, i use the recipe for dollar pancakes on agirlcalledjack. They are super yummy! I try and replace half of the white flour with buckwheat flour. The taste is the same :)

    Yummy! Great LTW there!

    Today I will have veggies and pitta strips dipped into hummus, as well a pitta stuffed with salad.

    I would like to join this thread. I work 5 days a week Mon to Friand find a lot of money goes on buying lunches. At work we are well supplied with equipment, in the staff area are 2 fridge/freezer, oven, hot water boiler and 2 microwaves.

    I have 15 working days left this month and for my 1st try i will take 8 lunches to work.

    Have added you DFF :)

    Spent the day at the beach today, but took a picnic with us! So no fish and chips, no ice creams, i actually spent £0.00! Pretty darn impressed with myself :)

    So i had a mix of salad, tomatoes, cucumber, melon and a cereal bar. Yummy!

    Dollar pancakes are just drop scones without any milk or dairy products.

    Afternoon all :)

    My lunch today was pitta stuffed with salad, hummus, sweet chilli sauce and cucumber.

    I am in the middle of painting my front room as we 'speak', so it had to be something really quick.
