Yes, HM, i use the recipe for dollar pancakes on agirlcalledjack. They are super yummy! I try and replace half of the white flour with buckwheat flour. The taste is the same

Hi All

Have added you DFF
Spent the day at the beach today, but took a picnic with us! So no fish and chips, no ice creams, i actually spent £0.00! Pretty darn impressed with myself
So i had a mix of salad, tomatoes, cucumber, melon and a cereal bar. Yummy!
Dollar pancakes are just drop scones without any milk or dairy products.

Afternoon all

My lunch today was pitta stuffed with salad, hummus, sweet chilli sauce and cucumber.
I am in the middle of painting my front room as we 'speak', so it had to be something really quick.0 -
I hope that the painting goes ok.
Nice sounding lunch.
Today - not sure yet.0
