    Thanks, I ll quote that to OFGEM when I complain about total disregard of the two year rule by EDF and Scot Power, but I fear I m wasting my time again.My complaint will be dumped and forgot.These two suppliers I work for are not taking "reasonable " steps, they re taking "none " because its cheaper.
    BG are much better and will occasionally take a trip to the Magistrates courts but we have one occupier in Balby, Doncaster supplied by BG, who s gone past 10 years now saying "no one comes into my house... ever "..and they dont..Hes paying the right amount of direct debit so thats fine by BG
