    Pretty much my experience with Viber too.

    I also purchased the app for 69p when I had an iphone as the app was chargeable on iTunes at the time even though it was free on Android. I now have a lifetime sub for no charge even though I now have an Android phone. I use it all the time for keeping in touch with my son in Canada - no need for costly international texts.

    Let's hope this nonsense about it being banned in the UK does not come about.

    Yes I know but for messaging its fine if someone doesn't have whatsap or Viber.
