    BT refuse to accept liability
It's between you and your CC company, not between you and BT.
BT don't owe anything to you and don't have to accept anything.

The credit card was from Barclays and they was brilliant as their system had immediately picked the fraudulent use so there was a block on my card. The point I was trying to make was that as I had only used the card one time so it was obvious BT had a serious security problem.

Absolutely correct !! First time I have had a card cloned so I think Barclays did well to pick it up so quick. New card on the way !

Actually it was the person at BT who had used my car details and was going to have the goods sent to his own house if Barclay card had not put a stop on the card transactions. He is now sacked !!

    "!!" ?

Just sacked? If this was proved, what about a criminal prosecution for fraud?
