  • I think Tesco are correct.

Their responsibility is to put you back in the position you were in, before the unit developed the fault, which they have done.

What if the price had gone up, instead of down?

Would you have been willing/happy to pay the difference?
  • I would be grateful for the brand new hudl.
  • I am more than grateful.
I just don't want to lose out on £30 if this one develops a fault. I want the money back that was actually paid for the Hudl in the first place.
  • There is no money back, because they're not refunding. They're replacing.

Any reason why you've also created a new thread for this here? It'll be the same answer on both threads ...
  • Just an updated on #29. I have a Hudl 2 and it was upgraded to Android 5.1 two days ago. Must admit I don't notice any real difference except for a prettier keyboard.
Certainly doesn't seem to have introduced any problems
I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!
I'm not losing my hair... I'm getting more head!!
  • A language translation app, that you can not only type into, but you can speak into, and which recognises which of the two languages you are speaking, translates to the other one, and speaks the translated phrase.

Thanks for that Bob. Why don't you tell us which app you're talking about? :D

    Sorry. :o

Oddly enough, it's just called "Translate".

This is the symbol to look out for.

On a Hudl, go into Top apps, then to Travelling.
