Vodafone Screwing me on Data?

Apps may only update on wifi but there are those that use background data which can use what they like unless you restrict it.
The only way to ensure that you don't use background data is to turn mobile data OFF.

500mb over a month perhaps, but not between midnight and 8am when the phone isn't being used,
