No, I am not guessing at all. In order for the parcel to be delivered, it has to first be given to the courier.0 -
Well they are currently still ignoring my email.
I would be more inclined to go out of my way if they did respond to emails.
If I hadn't intended to return the duplicate box I wouldn't have emailed them pointing out their mistake...0 -
Most sensible choice really. If you're already chasing them to try and get them to accept their stock back, imagine what nightmares you'll be having to try and chase for a refund. I imagine they'll start responding in a few weeks when they realise it has not been sent back.0

Don't bother sending any more. Wait a while then either use it or throw it away. But, email them just before you do that, giving them the chance of retrieving their goods.0 -
I wouldn't chuck it quite so hastily, unless you are willing to end up paying for it. It's not your item you just have to be reasonable in allowing them to come and collect it.
If you've got proof of your emails I think that's fine, I wouldn't do anything else except perhaps tell them the availability for its pickup. You've already done a lot of stuff to be helpful and the company should be helping themselves.
For the sake of £20 I expect for people that won't return they will write it off, cannot see it being worth their while.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
Well, it's packaged by my front door.
I do see rather a lot of our local Hermes courier - he even knows my work pattern (he's been delivering to me over 10 years).
Unless they reply with something more helpful, there it will stay.0
